It seems logical to assume the last month of pregnancy is so uncomfortable so women will agree to almost anything just to get the baby out. Almost anything being delivery without pain medication, water retention, engorged milk jugs, and everything north and south of the border terribly swollen.
And I'd do it all again for this guy.
I'm totally and completely smitten with him.

P.S. I went too fast for an epidural also, and remember how crazy it was in contrast to having one. It was like going from a tea party to a Biker bash, truckers mouth and all.

He is gorgeous. A New Born is allways a wonder and Ì´m allready looking forward to my grandchildren. After four natural births I would rather prefer not to get pragnant again. Althought I can´t stop looking in every buggy.

PLEASE do yourself a favor and take oh so gentle care of YOURSELF. i did NOT do this after my last child, and i paid a dear price for it.
i don't want to scare you, but please move oh so gentle, don't lift, i am going to repeat that, DO NOT LIFT, do not pick the baby up even from a sitting position.
Your insides are delicate, after a third and large baby.
My nurse touched my shoulder and said go home, get in your jammies, for about 6 weeks and take it easy. i did not listen. oh how i wish i did.
please take gentle care of yourself, respect what your body went thru and how you need to truly heal, and don't lift, don't strain, and don't be supermom.
Sending you love and congratulations and that beautiful baby. oh 3 boys, what love, what luck, what adventure! Enjoy :) (read this again if you need to remind yourself, you will thank this anonymous mommy. )
