Organized.

This is what my desk looked like last night:

Enough was enough.

My beau made this simple monitor riser from a piece of plywood out of the disgard pile at Home Depot.

$0.50 thrift store dish...

A coat of turquoise spray paint...perfect.
I found this cute little fish at Target on clearance for $0.97!
Makes a great little paper weight just in case a tornado where ever to come through my office.
(Shhh...It's actually a salt shaker).

I swear my happiness level is in large part related to how organized my junk is.

Love the changes that you made. Small but big impact. Liking that you painted the bowl and LOVE the fact that the paperweight is a salt shaker :-)

I should have had you organize my pathetic office space while you were here. It needs serious help.

I love the whale and the dish. I never would have thought of painting a glass dish either, and the fact that it came from the thrift store too....it's like a whole world of decorating possibilities just opened up for me! You have some great ideas.

You're one of the most creative people I've ever seen. I would have never looked at that glass and said "it needs spray paint". Amazing!

Okay, PLEASE tell me about that Sweet looking Rolodex on the left side of your monitor. Did you make it? Does it hold your addresses?? I love it.

Once again...I LOVE IT! Because of you I have been going to our local Thrift Store much more frequently! Even got some cute Christmas baskets & Ornaments that I'll give to my Visiting Teaching ladies! Think I may have to go back tomorrow and look for a glass dish and some turquoise spray paint. ;-D
