unfortunately I have this conversation with my husband with semi-regularity. oops.
I think pimples are normal, I'm not so sure having a 6 year old dermatologist is in the norm.

Would you believe my 3 year old had one on his left cheek last week, and I was wondering the same exact thing?
Watch out for more pimples! When kids get them that young, it can actually be impetigo, caused by the bacteria Staph aureus (which also causes pimples...).
I'm a nurse AND my eldest had a pimple here and there on his face at about the same age. Wear gloves if you pop them. Impetigo is highly contagious. You just never know ;)
